BOARD CHAIRS ACADEMY
A suite of learning pathways to support or prepare peole for community leadership as a nonprofit trustee through a five-month cohort classroom-based training program, on-site leadership development seminars, and structured board coaching to arm the current and next generation of trustees for leadership. Third Sector Company has graduated more than 200 nonprofits in the United States and Canada from Board Chairs Academy, a highly-successful program that others are now trying to emulate.
EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP INSTITUTES

Training programs and on-site facilitation for nonprofit leaders to engage in methodical planing for planned and unplanned transiions as well as talent pipeline dvelopment to shape the future talent within their organizations. Third Sector Company offers one of the few intensive training programs and manuals for voluneer executve search committees without bias of conducting the search.
EXECUTIVE PERFORMANCE PLANNING & COACHING
One-on-one performance planning and regimented peer coaching for nonprofit executives and/or members of the senior management team including independent chief executive performance review. Third Sector Company only coaches nonproit executives in positions we've occupied ourselves.
Third Sector Company opened its doors in 2002 as an interim executive management firm exclusively for the nonprofit sector and, in that first year, we provided interim management to over 20 Southern California nonprofits. Since that time, having led organizations from Vancouver, BC to San Diego, CA we have evolved into a full-service leadership continuity company with a suite of services reflective of our experiences in supporting organizations to build, grow, and susain the human capital that is at the foundation of a nonprofit's equity to advance its cause.
